Local 315's website has been established to advance the interests of our National Postal Mail Handler members and their families. Local 315 represents all Mail Handlers in our beautiful state of Oregon. Local 315's main focus as a Union is to protect worker's rights, represent our membership and to enforce the National Agreement between the Union and the United States Postal Service (USPS) on a local level. The Union is there to act on behalf of our members in our day-to-day problems that occur on the job such as discipline, safety, violations of our contract and the impact of ongoing technological changes. Our goal of this web site is to provide our members with easy access to relevant information that covers a wide range of subjects and direct links to numerous reference materials.
